Station building at ex Rhondda & Swansea Bay Railway station on their main line from Treherbert to Swansea Docks. Double track throughout except here, where a running line had to be sacrificed just to provide one platform. The GWR strongly objected to this section of the R&SB being built at all. Presumably so did the residents of Railway Terrace and Lowther Street. '
