' This is a short residual section of the miniature Never Stop Railway that was built to transport visitors around the site of the British Empire Exhibition of 1924/25. There is archive newsreel footage available that shows King George V and Queen Mary riding quite self-consciously upon it. This short remaining section of elevated concrete remained in place up until at least the 1960s but has probably now been swept away during the many developments that have taken place on the site. '
