This house was called 'Tyne View Tce' & it was owned by Tennant's Chemical Works. By this photo Tennant's had left & the factory & buildings were being demolished. Tyne View wasn't demolished & it was rented out to three tenants as it was 3 separate properties. My McNeill relations lived in the one closest to Prince Consort RD & they moved into the house in the 1930s & stayed until the 1950s. The photo shows Tyne View high up on the riverside with the three chimneys.. '
