I thought this could be a former POW camp or military hospital from WW1. The uniform marking in the area next to the building could have been holes for support posts for temporary buildings or exercise compounds. There is, of course, a flag pole. Plus there are those isolated, identical buildings. Further along the road leading from the building there is an area with high fencing around it. |
