Brent Loco Line - allowed engines arriving at the sidings on the East side of the line to go to the engine shed on the West side of the line and return without crossing the six running lines 'on the flat' where such movements would hold up other trains. As a single line it was worked by using token machines at each end. Opened circa 1905, closed 1968.
