Probably the "Duchess of Hamilton" because she has shallower black tops to the funnels than the other steamer.

Fairly sure this is the Duchess of Montrose, built 1930 by Dennys at Dumbarton. |

In World War II the Queen Mary had been converted into a troop carrier. The vessel was also used by Winston Churchill and a large entourage to reach the USA in May 1943 [Greenock - New York] and again in August that year [Clyde to Halifax].
