Mewday Sacks opened in approx. 1928. Original buildings shown. Wooden buildings at front were office still late 1950's when two or three story brick building to standard Reed design built by Costain. It was placed on right of production buildings where housing shown in picture. Later extensions were No2 and No3 factories in late 50's and reel store and print room in 1962 ish. These would be at right edge of frame. Company name changed to Reed Medway Sacks Ltd in late 50's
