Guildhall building, 57 Queen Street
Originally, it was known as the Hunter Barr Building - a seven storey warehouse designed by David Barclay between 1899 and 1903.
A Grade B listed structure, which was gutted, with only the facade retained and converted to offices in 1986 - it was the first "atrium" type building to go up in the city from a facade retention, which set the pattern for many to follow. '
