Albion Rovers FC 'The Famous Goalposts'.
In 1958 Glasgow side Rangers FC lost 0-1 to the Rovers in a vital cup game after hitting the bar 6 times, the left post 5 times and the right post on 7 occasions, Rovers scored the winner with the last kick of the game when the ball struck both posts before crossing the line.
Rangers next game was 3 days later in a league decider at rivals Celtic's ground.
The Celtic club offered the Rovers a reported £500,000 for the goalposts 24 hours before the league decider thinking the were a 'lucky' omen.
Rangers duly won 3-0 becoming the Champions and Rovers are still waiting for their money. '
