Old footbridge leading from Sheepcote Farm across Met Railway to Kenton Road. An old abutment can still be seen on the south side of the railway. I suspect that the footbridge was intended for more than just pedestrian use. It was quite substantial and broader than would be needed for that sole purpose. Perhaps it was also used for the movement of cattle and stock when Sheepcote Farm was still an active concern.
The bridge was probably removed when the Met line was quadrupled and widened, the need for its replacement no longer being required. '
