Morris Motors, Gosford St. Later it became an office for the Inland Revenue and Ministry of Social Security (- later DHSS). In 1967 it caught fire and the wing furthest away in this shot (Inland Revenue) was destroyed. People were singing in the street that night! The DHSS part closed around 1990 and became a part of Coventry University. At the time it was Morris Motors there was a mosaic of the bull in the floor of No 90 Gosford St. It was still there when the DHSS took over, but might have been covered in carpet in more recent years.
