Pair of barns, C17 and later, much altered and sub-divided. Red brick, steeply-pitched pantiled roofs. One storey, L-shaped on plan. Dutch gables to west and south.

The fountain was acquired from Oxnead Hall c.1731 by the first Earl of Buckinghamshire, it was moved to its present position during the re- organisation of the gardens in 1872 |
