This is the West End cinema, constructed in 1924/25 in Suffolk Street on the site of the former Curzon Hall. It closed on Saturday 18 March 1967. It was owned by the same cinema circuit as the Gaumont Palace, hence the promotion painted on the rear wall behind the screen. |
