AEC Regent I ST-type bus. First entered service with LGOC (later absorbed into London Transport) in 1929. Possibly en route to Harrow Weald Garage, which opened in 1930. |

This shop and the one next to it were to become the Danny Shop. When it came to nuts bolts screws and washers etc., if they didn't have it, no one did. |

This building and the one to your left were the Harrow Printing Press and Turney Turbines, but I can't remember which is which. |

Turney Turbines also had one of the retail units in front in Station Road. There they displayed some of their products. |

I never ever saw the dusty components in Turney Turbines display wind ever change during the time I lived in the Harrow Area |

This was a Pattern Maker's Premises called the Argos Works (nothing to do with the modern retailers) I did my apprenticeship here. |

Update: The Dominion is currently being redeveloped. The original plan by the developers was to retain and restore the original frontage and to build a residential development at the rear. It seems that they are making a God's own mess of it and the original plan is not being adhered to. |
