At last identified it. THIS was the location of the Art Deco entrance doorway! Obviously relocated to the corner after the factory was demolished, to mark it as "Minimax Corner".

Where's the Art Deco entrance, that was 'preserved' on site at this exact location when the factory was demolished? Was it covered over at one time, and only re-discovered when demolition took place?
