Camouflaged hangar looks large enough for an airship - apparently Pulham was an airship experimental station; it was used by the RNAS as well as the RAF |

It was indeed an airship station. There was a second hanger to the left of this one which was moved to Cardington and re-erected after modification to house the R100. |
