Former Walmer Castle Pub at 1a Jerrard Street. by the 1950 Ordnance Survey maps it was no longer a public house (or Beer house).

Trackbed and Bridges of the closed railway to Greenwich Park. The Line closed in 1917, this section (Lewisham Rd to Greenwich Park) never re-opened.

This is the bridge under which the 1957 Lewisham disaster would take place. This link explains more.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lewisham_rail_crash It is also revealed by Wikipedia that the Army loaned the Southern Region a bridge to replace the one seen here and that bridge was still in use up to about 2007.
