Aylesford's Well - Leamington Spa's earliest known spring with a well house first built in 1803. The well house and houses on Victoria Terrace were demolished by 1960 and in 1963 a commemorative stone was laid to the front of All Saints Parish Church. |

Victoria House, Willes Road - designed by William Thomas (1799 -1860), together with the adjacent Lansdowne Circus and Crescent, and built as Lansdowne House, a private villa. In 1841 it was renamed Victoria House and in 1899 it was purchased by the Masons. Records note it as “Masonic Rooms” in 1976 but its Masonic use ceased in 2013. It continues to be used for private functions and business meetings.

Lansdowne Crescent, Circus and House (later named Victoria House) designed, circa 1835, by William Thomas (1799 - 1860), a local architect . In 1843, Thomas emigrated to Toronto Canada were he gained a considerable reputation for building in the "Gothic Revival" style. |
