THE ABOVE PHOTO SHOWS JOHN SAMUEL WHITES SHIPYARD THAT CLOSED CIRCA 1968. IN BOTH THE WORLD WARD THIS YARD BULIT AROUND 25 NAVAL FRIGATES. IN THE FIRST WORLD WAR IT ALSO MADE AIRCRAFT AND ONE SUBMARINE. |
