Coronation Brickworks, now demolished and replaced by a British Car Auction site and other business units. The demolition of the 18 chimneys in 1980 set a new record for the Guinness Book of Records. See the news item at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GV-rMOWExtI.

These fields between the B530 road and A6 is where the Elstow Storage Depot was. This was a wartime munitions site.
