Old Maps shows a "Corn Mill" at this location.

Dunbridge Flour Mill, owned by T Aylward & sons. It burned down in 1939. My father lived at The Stores, Dunbridge (next door - to the right) as remembers the heat from the fire was so intense that they could not go outside. The wall of The Stores became very warm from the heat! Some said it was the Germans, but it was more likely to have been started from the engines & machinery at the mill.
