This photo is showing the Thos. Ward ship breaking yard at Scotch Bay/Castle Pill, Milford Haven. I suspect the old warship with four funnels on the left of the image is the First class Protected Cruiser HMS Argonaut which was sold to Wards in 1920 and arrived for breaking up on the 4th September 1921 according to Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Argonaut_(1898) As supporting evidence there is a postcard from the 1920's showing HMS Argonaut there, but having already lost its funnels.
