Photo is taken after June 1947. The Goods Shed at Harcourt Street Station was burnt out on 30 June 1947, the after effects of which can be seen here.

This photograph has to have been taken before October 31st, 1947. Why? It was on this date the last trams ran on Routes 14 and 15 which passed Harcourt Street Station. I can see two trams in this picture and, I suspect the two coach train sitting at the Station is one of the four Drumm Battery trains.

The trams on the 14 and 15 actually finished a full year later on 31 October 1948, as per Michael Corcoran's excellent book on Dublin's trams "Through Streets Broad and Narrow"
