Longdon's mill, Agard Street. This made trusses and surgical supports, though by the 1980s it was let out as small offices. There was a fountain in the yard:

The railway arches here were formerly used by the Derby tramways in horse-drawn days. Tramway rails and pointwork were visible in the yard until the mid 1980s when the bridge over Agard Street was demolished. |
