This building is due to be demolished sometime after December 2014. It is currently being used by Cathedral Products and Cardinal Manufacturing.

As of 25th Feb 2024, the building still stands, but is badly vandalised and in need of demolition. Cathedral Products / Cardinal Manufacturing have moved long since moved out. The building has been left unoccupied with almost non-existent security - youths frequently gained access and on 19th October 2017 it was set on fire ( https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/huge-fire-gutted-erdington-factory-13792618 ) .

There were several trees fronting the property along Edgemond Avenue up until the end of 2023, which they were all cut down for no obvious reason.

The site is currently for rental via Pall Mall ( https://www.loopnet.co.uk/Listing/Edgemond-Ave-Birmingham/13187600/ ) who are allegedly trying to sell it.
