| Stockport Infirmary,
No longer in use as a hospital. Many of the extensions were removed and the building is now in office use as Millenium House. In 2016 this was used by Stockport Pensions Centre. |

This portion of the river has never been built over, Merseyway is on the other side of the viaduct, on the far side of Wellington Road. Merseyway connected either side of the river between Wellington Bridge to the East, over Mersey Bridge (Mersey Square), Union Bridge and Lancashire Bridge to the East. This view is taken from the East looking West and Stockport Town Centre is on the far side of the viaduct. |
