| In the 1950s, this was Munroe's bottling plant. My cousin, Gerry Marshall, who later ran "The Casino" was an employee here in the '50s. |

The clothing factory was not run by the Co-op, but by a firm called Coops. It has been converted into flats, a foyer for young people, and offices. The small building beneath its top rh corner is Santus' toffee factory, where the famous Uncle Joe's Mint Balls are made. |
