| Wychwood Avenue. The plots for new (mostly) semi-detached houses are being sold to speculators who would then commission a builder to put up a house or row of houses on their plots. Many of these plots will not be built on until the mid to late thirties owing to the Great Depression which is about to hit the country. Elmwood Crescent is not yet visible but is about to be laid out at this time. |
