The first house in Marlborough, there before the Road was built. As the road was built-up, this detached house became No.9. Thought to have been the original Park-keepers house from 1902. How do I know? Mum and dad bought NO 11, off-plan, from the developers John Wilson & Son, in 1934, and I was brought-up next door. |
