From maps of the area, I would say that this is Bankton Colliery, roughly 5 miles from the distillery. |

This is Meadowmill Washery (a coal washing plant). Glenkinchie is further south inland near Pencaitland and not visible in these photographs of Port Seton and Cockenzie. |

Having worked at Glenkinchie Distillery, I do not think tag is at the distillery. The photo shows the sea at the bottom, so the plane is over the Forth Estuary and you cannot see Pencaitland which should be fairly clear. |
