This house on Fynone Drive, was destroyed by WW2 bombs, as was the Synagogue in Swansea, 1941.
1950s,A new synagogue was built there, its now The Lifepoint Church.
I go there to rehearse with the Swansea Tenovus Choir. |

3 identical houses, built for themselves I believe by the builders of a lot of Walters rd area,Thomas,Watkins & Jenkins. One on right I think was bombed in blitz and synagogue was built there. Builders yard was in Brunswick st area and became a bus garage and later flats. One of houses was possibly later the RAF club. Walters (James) developed a lot of Walters rd. Walters article in Gower journal (Vol. 30, 1979 The development of the Walters Road area of Swansea)see welsh journals online.
