G-AHZM. According to the Aircraft Data website this was a Handley Page Halifax, construction number 1333. Part of the left wing has been removed

The plane had stalled during a test flight and made a heavy landing at Elstree on 16 September 1946. It was a write off and subsequently used as a source for spare parts. [Source: Aviation Safety Network website]
