This complex of huts was erected during WW2 as Admiralty records offices. After the war, the buildings served as government offices including those of the Inland Revenue. The buildings were used as a temporary postal sorting depot while that in College Road, Harrow was being rebuilt in about 1959. The huts were swept away during the building of the new Harrow Technical College.
