Yes Symonds Yat again, the black dot above the station is the entrance to the tunnel taking the rail to Lydbrook and on to Ross. Yat Rock just to right of the highest white dot(house) and Coppet Hill is at the top of the photo beyond the where the Wye returns after following it's loop around the hill. The line was opened in 1873 and closed in 1958. |
