This hull is labelled P419
The name P419 was used by Vickers Armstong for HMS Auriga, a submarine built at Barrow in Furness and launched March 1945.
Commissioned 12/1/1946

The hull of HMS Namur, one of four Battle-class destroyers ordered from Laird's towards the end of the war. Only two were actually launched and one of these, HMS Navarino, was subsequently scrapped in April 1946. Namur was launched on 12/06/1945 and was laid up pending completion, initially at Laird's and from 09/1947 at Barrow, until the decision was finally taken to send her for breaking in 02/1951. |

More likely a stalled new build or a completely new vessel - Lairds have never broken up ships - just built 'em. Looks like it may be a Dido class AA Cruiser |
