IT WAS THE ORIGINAL GATE NO LOCK,FILLED IN ROAD AND RAIL ACROSS IT SINCE 1914, U CAN PLAINLY SEE THE LOCK WITH BOTH SETS OF GATES OPEN, SO LEVEL TIDE, TRAFFIC CAN COME AND GO WITH OUT WAITING AS TIDE TURNS CLOSE GATES. |
