Melors (or Nelor, Helors) Pins Ltd The lorries seem a bit big for dressmaking pins. Motor kingpins or engineering pins in heavier engineering.

The timber in the top of the photo reminds me of the broom and brush works at places like Wymondham. Whilst the track reminds me of Burton.
