The large building in the foreground must be 'The Cliff', known locally as Earp's Folly. This was situated in the triangle of land bounded by St John's Road, South Cliff and Mount Road. William Earp built the Grand Hotel. |

This is on the site of a group of 1970s built flats called Ravens Court, Mount Road just off South Cliff in Eastbourne. |
