This is not Rosanne House but the original Welwyn Department Store at the junction of Bridge Road and Parkway,it was later demolished when the new much bigger Welwyn Department Store opened in 1939 which is now a John Lewis store. Rosanne House was built on the site of the old stores in the mid-sixties Bruno56 20 March 2013 |

This is the original Welwyn Stores with the Parkway Hall attached.Rosanne House was built on this site in 1965. |
