| Llandudno Pier, the longest in Wales at 2295 feet. The first entrance (1887) went behind the Grand Hotel, but a later entry was taken over the sea in front of the Hotel in 1884. To the left of the Grand Hotel is the Pier Pavilion (1886) destroyed by fire in 1994. |

The Grand is a Grade 2* listed building, Cadw Building ID: 3633 Built 1901. Theatres Trust Theatre ID 208 Red brick façe surmounted by low, semi-octagonal towers. Auditorium before conversion to disco, had 1,000 seats with two curved balconies of eight rows each, terminating in two boxes either side at first balcony level and one above. |
