Regent Picture House. 1913, William H. Watkins. 1,500 seats. Neo classical style. Opened 22 March 1913. Renamed Regent Cinema after being taken over by Gaumont in 1930. Renamed Gaumont in 1954. Closed in 1973. Bingo hall. Demolished 1985. Now Allstars Sports Bar.

Terrace. c.1870s. now arcades. Built on site of The Bungalow. The Bungalow was Weston's most attractive house, and probably had medieval origin. The bungalow was demolished when the owner, Guy Phillips died in the 1870s.

Assembly Rooms. 1826 by John Thorn. Taken over by Joseph Whereat in 1840. Became Weston Library c.1845 on the ground floor. Later became Huntley's Restaurant. Extended 1903. Hans Price. Now fish and chip shops, flats, cafe and beach shop.

Victoria Square. Laid out c.1880s on the site of Betty Muggleworths House (old cottage in Weston. Demolished c.1840s). Large house called Wolvesnewton stood at the western edge c.1880s. Wolvesnewton is now part of the Sandringham Hotel. The centre of the square is a putting green c.1920s. Originally another square connected to the existing one. Built over c.1900. South side terrace c.1890s by Hans Price. North side terrace c.1900. On the eastern side was the Salisbury Hotel. c.1900. Originally houses, converted to hotel, 20th c. Modernised 1961. Bought by Bristol City Council in 1973. Sold by Avon County Council in 1980 due to it's use for social services decreasing. Purchased in mid 1980s and subsequently demolished in 1988 for the Sovereign Centre. St Margaret's Terrace - laid out 1880s. Terrace built on South side in 1887. Designed by Hans Price. The end terrace (#5) is named Granby House and was used as a Lance and Lance Living In House for female staff. Entrance to Royal Arcade at the east end. 1891. Destroyed by enemy bombing in 1942. Phillip Hughes Postcard Palace was a shop on the corner of the arcade.

Winter Gardens. Opened 14 July 1927. Neo Georgian Style. Refurbished 1989. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip visited in 2007. There is a large ballroom at the Winter Gardens. Owned by Weston College since May 2016. Land compulsory purchased by Urban District Council in 1922 (Roger's Field). Work for Winter Gardens began in 1923. Putting green, alpine garden and tennis courts. Alpine garden removed 1964. Tennis courts removed 1989 as part of the redevelopment of the Winter Gardens. Putting green and the rest of the garden became a car park in 1990. It became the town garden in 1992. Now town square, 2017. Roger's Field was used as allotments during World War I (from 1916)

Duke of Oxford. Pub. 1853. Originally named Three Queens Hotel (or Inn). Rebuilt in 1920s. Art Deco rebuild c.1937. Renamed to The Grove in 1985. Renamed to The Pig and Truffle in the late 20th century. It was renamed back to the Three Queens by the 2000s, but had been become Kameleon bar and dining c.2010. now Duke of Oxford since 2015/2016.

Scallys. Pub. C.1830s. Originally Rose and Crown. Rebuilt c.1880 when renamed to Prince of Wales. Partly rebuilt in 1936. Re opened in September 1937 with a modern bar and lounge and special accommodation for children. It cost £5,000. Later renamed to Scallys, a biker pub. Only surviving building in the area from before the 1960s. Now Otium Pizza Restaurant since c.2021.

Carlton Street Rows of terraced housing dating from early-mid 19th century. From 1957 - 1965, all the houses and nearly all other buildings were demolished. Dolphin Square shopping centre. Construction started in April 1964. It opened in 1965 for cost of £750,000. The centre was demolished in 2013. The centre has been replaced by a new shopping centre opened in 2018. Sidmouth Cottages West was demolished c.1960. Replaced by car park, in turn replaced by multi storey in 2012. Remains of fireplaces of cottages on Sidmouth Cottages West survive at the back of the car park.

Salvation Army Hall. 1882. Seated 500. Rebuilt 1904. Demolished 2001. Replaced by New salvation army hall, designed by Huw Griffiths Architects of Swansea in 2002.

Grand Atlantic Hotel. 1859 for The College, a private boys school. School moved out in 1889. The building was enlarged that year by John S Whittington and became the Grand Atlantic Hotel. There were 200 bedrooms. Jonathan Elwell's school next door was so successful that he commissioned a school to be built in the grounds of the hotel in 1854. The school opened in 1859 as Walliscote College School, known as The College from 1864. The College was sold in 1875 due to Elwell's retirement. It was bought by Dr E Nunn. Grand Atlantic Hotel opened in July 1889. The hotel had a grand formal garden, now Eddington Court, 2003.

Bus Station. 1928. Space for 200 cars, filling station and workshop. Remodeled by 1936. Closed in 1987. Demolished in 1988. Replaced by Carlton Mansions. Original clock on front of the bus station was saved and was moved to the Beach Lawns in 1991, and removed c.2010 during redevelopment of the lawns. Built on site of Beach Road Garage, 1914 and Belvedere. Belvedere was built in 1811 by wealthy glass manufacturer and politician, Isaac Jacobs. Jacobs sold the house in 1819 due to financial difficulty. Subdivided by 1847. One half used as a 'school for young gentlemen' by Jonathan Elwell. The back garden was developed by the 1840s. Both Belvedere and the garage were demolished in 1925.

Friends Meeting House. 1846. Internal gallery unfinished by 1855. The porch was a later addition by Hans Price. Destroyed by enemy bombing in 1942. Replaced by New building on same site, 1953, stripped classical style. The adjacent building c.mid 19th century, destroyed by enemy bombing in 1942. Site cleared and became a car park. Car park lost to road widening in 1952-1953. On the site of a burial ground in use until 1856.

Emmanuel Place. Early 1850s. Originally houses. Front gardens covered by shops and converted in the early 1930s. #57 is the only one to still have the original bay window on the first floor. (#57 is now With Intention). Furthest right in row is Fork'n'Ale Taproom. Originally Bristol and Exeter. Renamed Town Crier in 1978. Renamed TCs in 2000. Later Bonds Wine Bar until c.2019. The pub was originally a house, with the original pub in the rear part.

Walliscote Junior School. 1897 by Hans Price in Dutch Baroque style. Built 1893 - 1897 for £10,000. Used as evacuee Accommodation during World War II. Built on site of houses, c.1870s (Linton Villas), demolished c.1892.

Albert Memorial Hall. 1830s. Originally Central School for Infants, founded 1837. Demolished c.1860s. Rebuilt 1862 by Hans Price. Night school 1880s. Renamed Albert Memorial Hall, when it became Weston Musuem c.1890s. Demolished 1978 for the town hall extension.

Central Chambers. Houses, c.1870s. Originally 3 houses (Ravenshill, Padstow Villa, Rose Lawn). Later owned by the council. Now youth offending and prevention service.

The Centre. 1933 by Leete & Darby. Plans from 1932 show 19 lock up shops, two showrooms, 18 flats and a café. The foundation stone was laid by Henry Butt on 19 January 1933.

Victoria Methodist Church. Originally built 1899-1900 by WJ Morley of Bradford. Work began Nov 1899. Opened September 1900. Destroyed by fire in February 1934. The ruins were cleared in 1935 to widen Station Road. The current church was built in late 1935. Designed by Fry, Paterson & Jones in Gothic Style for £19,500. It opened in January 1936. The original war memorial was saved from the old church and retained in the current church.
