Rizla Ltd. The only product made here, I believe, were the packets of cigarette papers used by men who 'rolled their own'. The tobacco was bought separately and laid carefully into the paper, rolled into a tube shape, and a gummed edge was licked and pressed onto the other edge along the paper tube.
